Finish Traditional Saunas and Health

By Jill Johnson

The discovery of steam bath was first in Finland. Moreover steam bathing is a tradition as Finns consider saunas not as a treat but as a vital part of their culture.

The sauna culture in Finland is almost well established. In fact every apartment/residence there has well built saunas. People of every part of the world have recognized and adopted the sauna culture.

Though, people's perception of saunas, its customs, and etiquettes vary immensely from country to country. In recent times saunas have become very popular worldwide because of it numerous benefits. Apart from relaxation and stress reduction people have started to become aware of the other health benefits that saunas offer.

A traditional Finnish sauna offers a thorough cleansing of the body. It is considered as the best natural treatment for the skin. It not only cleanses but also rejuvenates your skin from the inside out.

In addition, the Finnish sauna provides a great cardiovascular work out and it can help give your immune system a boost. Not to mention the mental benefits; most people find it helps clear their minds.

Essentially the Finnish sauna is a hot air bath in warm and very low humid condition. So Steam bathers sweat a lot. Therefore, new comers will atleast take 2 - 6 weeks time to get adopted. This will actually help you become habituated to the hot and dry environment of the traditional Finnish dry sauna.

Inside the sauna, it is not bright and people sit in silence and a relaxed mood. The temperature ranges between 80C and 110C for steam bathing.

Some traditional sauna bathers make for themselves what is called a vihta, where they bind fresh birch branches together with their leaves and tie it around themselves and the other bathers in the sauna. Many believe that using the vihta improves circulation and provides a pleasing aromatherapy effect which aids in relaxation

However, there are some precautions that you need to keep in mind. The traditional hot temperature leads to increase in cardiovascular activity. Thus, for this reason dry saunas are not recommended for people who suffer from heart disease or other cardiovascular ailments.

In addition, it is advisable for the people with high blood pressure to consult their doctor before they decide to take the dry sauna bath. The hot dry sauna is also not recommended for elderly, pregnant women and small children.

You should also avoid a sauna after a strenuous work out. Be sure you have given you body enough time to cool down before relaxing in the heat of a sauna bath. As long as you have taken these precautions under consideration and you are healthy enough, you should feel free to try a relaxing sauna bath.

The aforementioned benefits of Finnish traditional sauna are real, physical as well as emotional. After sauna experience you will not only feel but also look better. Your body will function very efficiently and most importantly you will be more relaxed.

Don't Forget The Importance Of A Good Muscle Building Diet

By Frankie Mills

Have you ever looked at a guy with big muscles and thought, "He must eat a great diet to look like that!"? Chances are you just assumed he spent a lot of time in the gym, right? Interestingly, individuals in the best shape not only practice consistent bodybuilding workouts but they also adhere to a strict muscle building diet to get those lean muscles.

Specifically, body builders require more fats and proteins than others. These greater requirements are due to the intense physical demand placed on them through hard workouts. Protein and fat sources are especially helpful during the thirty minutes after a workout to encourage repair and build new muscle.

Fat is sometimes tricky because some of it is helpful and necessary while others are unhealthy. Avoid saturated fats including anything fried. Olive oil and other healthy fats are ideal as well as the fat found naturally in fish and poultry. Be careful not to avoid fats completely since the good ones enhance your workouts and they provide health benefits to you.

A number of body builders get both fats and proteins from meats such as beef, chicken, pork or fish. Chicken and fish are particularly recommended because they are lower in fat than the others. Red meat can be healthy as well and is sometimes called the complete protein since it contains every amino acid the body needs. Egg whites are also a popular lower fat protein source for many. Good fats is sometimes derived from healthy oils and nut butters as well.

In addition to removing fried foods and saturated fats, body builders should avoid refined sugars, white bread and potatoes. These white foods are classified as simple carbohydrates and they cause a sudden burst of energy that quickly drops. The body is tricked into believing it has more energy than it actually does and then will crash and burn during a tough workout. Likewise, many so-called energy shakes and specialty bars are bursting with sugars and may not help much.

On the other hand, foods made of whole grain and sweet potatoes are good additions to the diet and provide benefits when eaten several hours before a tough workout. These complex carb sources are burned slower than their simple counterparts and offer a steady stream of initial energy to remain strong during weight lifting.

A well-kept secret of several strength trainers is incorporating baby food in their diet. Baby food is very easy on the stomach and digestive tract and is filled to the brim with vitamins. Any foods or substances that potentially irritate your stomach should be avoided at least 12 hours prior to a workout. In addition, many strength trainers prefer to avoid dairy products during the 12 hours before a workout to reduce the build-up of lactic acid in the muscles.

Building muscle is the target for an ever-increasing number of people regardless of age. By working a good muscle building diet into your program, you'll make the most progress in the shortest time possible.

Serious Skin Care Products: 7 Tips for Better Skin Care

By Kurt Schmitt

For best results, don't choose skin care products based on advertising, popularity, or even price. For the health of your skin, you need to use serious skin care products. While higher priced products may be better, you need to choose what works best for your skin.

Below are 7 tips for making your serious skin care regimen work for you. Remember that your skin is unique, and what works for someone else may not work for you. You'll have to experiment until you find the right routine.

1. Product selection -- Choose your skin care products based on effectiveness, not advertising, hype, or price. Effectiveness is a matter of skin type, proper application, and even time of year.

2. Know your skin type -- Determine whether your skin type is oily, dry, sensitive, normal, or combination skin. Different products may be right for you depending upon your skin type.

3. Remove make up once daily -- Clogged pores are a side effect of make up, so make sure to thoroughly remove it with a make up remover.

4. Cleanse your skin -- Thoroughly cleanse your skin before applying moisturizers or special cleansers in addition to removing your make up. Applying these products to dirty skin reduces their effectiveness.

5. Correct product use -- Over the long haul, the success of your skin care regimen depends upon proper use of the product. This includes thorough cleansing and make up removal, and ensuring that your skin is both damp and warm when applying the products.

6. Change is good -- Well, sometimes change can be good. Skin types can change over time, and manufacturers may change their formulas. Even the weather can make a difference in the way that products interact with your skin. Be prepared to change products if needed.

7. Read the label -- Following the manufacturer's directions will make your skin care efforts more effective.

If you follow these recommendations, your skin care efforts will get better results. Choose your products well, test them to make sure you're getting the best results possible, and be willing to change products if needed.

A Guide To The World of Acoustic Guitars

By E Walker

The acoustic guitar has been around for centuries and is one of the most beautiful instruments available on the market to date. They range from the crummy plywood copies that you see in a pawn shop to the high end masterpieces that cost upwards of $15 000 - $40 000. This leaves a guitarist between a rock and a hard place with a lot of questions.

What qualifies as a great acoustic? Do they have to cost that much money? What makes up an acoustic? All of these questions and more will be answered in today's newsletter. Join us as we enter the acoustic world.

In this edition:

In addition to answering the above questions, we'll examine some great guitars that are affordable and offer amazing quality. Learn what to look for when shopping for a guitar and how you can get an instrument that fits your budget.

We'll also answer some great questions in the Feedback Booth. Without further adue, let's get started!

The Guitar That Started It All.

In the beginning.

We've all dreamt of that moment where we've finally saved up enough cash to get our dream acoustic. Whether you just want one on the side to enhance your playing skills, or you want to be known as the best acoustic guitarist the world has ever heard, you need to know what you want.

I remember the first time I saw an acoustic guitar that was priced at over $3000. My jaw dropped as I picked it up and began to play it. In my head, I just had to have this guitar. As I became more accomplished, I ran into more guitarists who paid upwards of $4000 for their axe's.

This seemed so unreasonable to me. Why did these guitars cost so much? What made them better than that $3000 "Professional" electric guitar? How could a guy like me get a good acoustic that could give me professional results for less money?

All of these questions rolled through my brain. When I started to research acoustics a few years ago, I soon learned of the complex construction and craftsmanship that goes into a well made acoustic. Unlike many electrics, building an acoustic involves far more than cutting the wood and sanding it to shape.

Internally, there is a lot that the eye doesn't see. Some of the finer attributes include bracing, wood choice, various joints, neck construction, and many other little touches that make a big impact on sound. All of these things take time to do, and a talented luthier to do them right.

The bottom line is that you get what you pay for. With lower end guitars, machines do all of the work. This makes for fast and easy production. They are reliable and somewhat precise, which usually gives people like you and I a half decent guitar to play.

However, if there's a lemon to be produced, it is usually traced back to a faulty robot. This is why the higher end guitars are mainly made by hand.

The more human contact, the finer the instrument. When you add up the cost of materials and craftsmanship, it's easy to see how the price skyrockets for some of these guitars. It's not unlike a custom motorcycle. You'll pay up to four times the cost but in the end you get something that fits you and is made from the finest parts.

The good news is that you can get great sounding acoustics for under $1000. You just need to do some research of your own and be patient when shopping. While many professional guitarists think that a professional acoustic starts at $5000, I firmly believe it starts at your finger tips.

Learn how to play well and you can make a $600 acoustic sound far more expensive. Keep this in mind and don't get bogged down by the music industries version of cool. We're going to run through the different components of an acoustic guitar and you'll be left with a new outlook on what qualities to look for in an acoustic.

Types of acoustics.

As you may have noticed already by walking into your local music store, there are many different kinds of acoustics out there. Some can act like an electric guitar, while others have 12 strings. Each class of acoustic has it's own purpose and produces a different tone.

The unfortunate thing about acoustics is that many guitarists buy them not knowing what they're buying. Perhaps you're style leads you to want to do plenty of on stage performances but the guy at the music store said you'd be fine with a regular acoustic without a pickup system. You'd just have to mic it.

However, you end up getting a lot of feedback as a result and spend more money in the long run because you ended up putting an additional pickup system. While the mic setup may have been the first choice for someone else, it didn't fit your lifestyle.

This doesn't have to be you! Lets take a closer look at what is available to us.

6 String Acoustic - This is the most popular acoustic sold on the market today. The prices range from the cheap to the extravagant. It uses six steel string to give it a more sharp attack to the notes.

12 String Acoustic - This acoustic consist of 12 strings, each one smaller than the acoustic strings. Essentially, each pair of strings has one tuned to the regular tuning and the other tuned to it's octave. This produces a very nice chorus effect, giving the impression of two acoustic guitars playing at once. They aren't good for starting off on as they tend to require a little more technique and finger strength to hold all of the strings down at once.

Classical Acoustic - The classical has been around for quite a while. It has three nylon strings and three steel. This makes playing it a breeze. The neck is considerably thicker than its 6 string steel counterpart but is great for a number of styles. Has a much mellower tone to it, which can be a plus or a set back depending on what you intend to use it for.

Acoustic/Electric - The acoustic electric is simply a six string acoustic with a pickup placed inside of it so you can amplify your acoustic. You can do this for classical or steel string. Some come with a pickup while others require you to buy them. Great for playing in public.

How to Write a Sales Letter That Works

By Ryan M. Healy

I've been a freelance copywriter for more than three years now. I've worked with 65 different clients (and as many as three or more projects with some clients), so I've seen a lot.

Through this experience I've discovered there are two ways to create a letter that works.

Method #1: Write the best sales letter humanly possible.

The majority of clients want the "best" sales copy possible. They don't want anything less than this.

A client like this will ask me to go through endless edits and revisions. He will tweak words throughout the letter. He will change his mind more often than he changes clothes.

A client like this believes this editing process produces the best result.

But here's some food for thought. How do we determine what is "best?" What standard are we using? Are we relying on our own opinion -- or the market's -- to determine what is "best?"

A client who is trying to create the "best" letter possible actually believes he knows what's "best." And so he wastes time editing the letter until it becomes counter-productive.

Ask yourself... is a single word hiding in the middle of a paragraph on page 7 going to make any difference in sales or how prospects feel about what's being sold?

Not really.

Here's my opinion: Neither you nor I know what's "best" when it comes to writing copy and converting prospects into customers.

We only have opinions.

These opinions are proved true or false when the sales copy has been tested in the real world.

With that in mind, let me introduce you to...

Method #2: Write a sales letter that's "good enough."

This second approach flies in the face of the first. It says, "We've got good ideas, but we have no idea what's best. So let's create a letter that's good enough and test it to see what happens."

Using this somewhat controversial approach, you can write a strong sales letter that hits all the key selling points and makes a noble effort to win customers to your product or service.

There may be some editing after the first draft, but it will be minimal... because... the letter will be tested to see how the market responds.

At this point, we have a sales letter that is good enough. So we send prospects there... and measure the conversion rate.

But the process doesn't end there. Next you will want to test different elements within the letter to see if you can improve the conversion rate.

Clearly, the idea is to strengthen the sales letter by degrees until you are confident you have a letter that is great.

Which approach do you currently use? Which approach should you use?

The first approach is for people with big egos. The fall in love with the copy... and think the more they love the sales letter, the better it is.

The second approach is for folks who want results... people who are more interested in getting new customers at a profit than having a letter they love.

Herb Gardening Tips That Will Give Anyone A Green Thumb

By Lee Dobbins

When first learning how to garden, herbs are a great way to start. Herbs are not demanding as they do well in less than perfect soil and do not require the same special care as other plants. Many are not susceptible to insects, and do not need be trimmed as regularly. The following basic herb gardening tips will provide you with a good base to get started on an herb garden:

You'll need just a few tools to plant your chosen herbs; a pocket-size spade and shovel should work for most planting since plant cuttings and seeds only require small holes near the surface. For aeration (good drainage is ideal for herbs), you may want a spike, but a kitchen fork will also work fine.

If you do not have a pair of nice pruning shears then you should invest in a pair for your herb garden. Ordinary scissors are not an alternative for pruning shears. Occasionally, herbs need to be pruned and pruning shears are the only thing that can cut through thick stems.

A watering can is a good choice to irrigate your container garden; some have a single spout, and others a sort of sprinkler head over the nozzle. One of our basic herb gardening tips is that herbs require less water than most plants and root rot is a common result of over watering.

Obviously, watering is essential for thriving gardens. A drip or soaker hose is simple and reasonably-priced as well as automatic and efficient if your time is often limited. Depending on your climate, you may need to replace them every few years. For smaller herb and container gardens, the old standby, the watering can, is still more than sufficient.

One thing about hoses is that they can get damaged in cold weather. The frost will crack and break them. However, they can be spread across a large area in a short amount of time. Simply snake them between your plants and turn on the water. Just remember to take your hose inside when winter comes.

A wheelbarrow is one of the most useful accessories to your garden; it is handy for transporting weeds and moving garden cuttings from place to place as you carry out maintenance tasks- that way everything is in one place when it comes to bagging cuttings at the end of the day.

In order to help reduce the need for weeding, as well as improve the soil composition of your garden, place a 3-4 inch layer of much after planting. Any or all of the following combined will make a suitable mulch: wood chips, bark, gravel, or shredded newspaper. When spreading the mulch, be sure to allow approximately one inch of open space around the base of the plant. This will assure that too much moisture and heat do not build up, as these factors can can harm plants.

It is not hard to follow these basic herb gardening tips. All you need are a few quality tools, some seed packets, and a plot of ground with good soil to create an excellent herb garden.

Franchise Business Opportunities In Your Area

By Franco Andretti

Looking for a franchise opportunity close to home? Maybe you're sick of the daily commute across the city or tired of spending hours stuck in traffic. As you probably know, there are plenty of successful business franchises the length and breadth of the country. You have a number of options when seeking the right one to set up in your locality.

The ever-reliable Internet is the most convenient and quick way to search for franchise opportunities in your community. Another alternative is to be part of a mailing list that keeps people updated on new franchise opportunities and other local announcements in their newsletters.

When there are new property locations open to businesses you will most likely find a franchise fair or expo. It is recommended that you attend any of these events because you will get some helpful hints and that particular location may be a 'hot spot' for a new and upcoming business. Networking with other more experienced business people at these fairs will give you priceless information and knowledge about the franchise market.

At this point, you may have narrowed your choices down to a handful of potential franchises. Where do you go from there? The franchisees in your area, whether they're in business now or if they've shut up shop, may help clarify a few things for you. The more franchisees and franchise owners you talk to the better. Don't limit your discussions to one industry - remember there are lots of different types of franchise.

Let's consider some of the benefits to opening a franchise in your community.

Just by walking around your neighborhood and being part of a community, you will be aware of what most people like or dislike, what they spend their money on and what services they appreciate and use the most. This would give you the upper hand that someone outside of your area would not have. Your friends and neighbors will most likely be your first customers to show support of a local entrepreneur in their business district. On the other hand, if you were to set up may be harder to get those first few customers through the front door.

Something else to consider is the quality of life you would like to lead. With the ever-growing population, cities become bigger, there's more traffic, congestion on the roads and, not to mention, rush hour traffic during work hours. People have to travel further just to get to work and, therefore, spend much more time behind the wheel of a car or use public transit in order to get to their place of employment.

An obvious benefit in setting up a local franchise is that you'll be working in your area instead of the next town over. Even if you just want to check in daily to see how business is going, the benefits of a franchise close to home are clear.

The Universe of Video Games

By Bryce Verdier

Video games have come a very long way from when they were first introduced. Who could've imagined the variety of video game controllers currently available, the real life graphics, the sound and music options, the large number of players that you can play with and much more? Video games were destined to be popular, but who knew that popular meant a multi-billion dollar industry?

The idea for the first video game conceived as far back as 1947. However, the first commercially released video game was not produced until 1971. It was called "Computer Space" and created by Ted Dabney and Nolan Bushnell. This was followed up by the Magnavox Odyssey in 1972 which was the first game console to be used in the home.

30 years hence, video games have exploded into some of the most lucrative entertainment devices ever. A huge assortment of systems have appeared over the years and they are made better all the time apropos of Internet play, multiplayer capabilities, computing power, etc.

There are multiple platforms for video games. For example, there are the PC games which are played on the computer, consoles which are devices connected to a monitor or television, a handheld which is a portable gaming system and can be played almost anyplace and the arcade game platform which is the large, standard electronic device located in arcades everywhere. You can also play video games on mobile phones, graphing calculators, MP3 players, watches, digital cameras, and GPS receivers but these don't offer nearly the same experience and dimension as the platforms mentioned earlier.

Initially, arcade games allowed one person to play a video game versus the computer and in frequently against another human player. As time went on and technology advanced, video game consoles allowed as many as four different players to play at once. Now, with the invention of the Wii system, as many as 12 players can compete simultaneously. The amazing part of this technology is that you may play at the same time with local players and players around the globe.

Some may ask how this is possible. And the answer is via the Internet. Nowadays Internet capabilities are being implemented into these video game console systems. Local area networks and the Internet allow up to 32 players if not more to play in a single game at once. These capabilities also allow one to talk via voice chat or instant messaging.

There has been enormous progress in video games since their early days. Video game technology is advancing rapidly. Manufacturers are continuously using new improvements in technology to make for a better, more stimulating gaming experience. As video games become ever more realistic the line between the virtual world and reality blurs.

Doorbell Replacement is a Easy Home Improvement Project

By Guy Morris

An doorbell that doesn't??t work can cause a lot of problems, and the frustrating part is that you never KNOW it is not working until people start complaining about your not answering the door. But if you are putting off calling the handyman because you are scared at the size of the bill, think again. Doorbell replacement is easily done, and you??ll save money when you do it yourself.

Doorbell Installation

Doorbell repair might just be the easiest way DIY project out there. Just a few steps, and you'll have a brand new doorbell (and bragging rights for your home repair skills.) It doesn't require anything as elaborate as an air compressor, but you will need the basic tools.

The easiest doorbell around? The wireless transmitted doorbell. This doorbell works as a transmitter. Your visitor pushed the bell outside, and a signal goes to the receiver, which plays the sound of your bell. And all you have to do is hang the receiver on the wall.

Ease of installation isn't the only thing that makes wireless doorbells ideal. Consider the following:

- You can scatter transmitters around the house, so you hear the bell no matter what room you are in.

- They require little electricity. The receiver must be plugged in, but the outside button needs a small battery (that will last for years).

Installing a Replacement Wired Doorbell

It's not as easy as wireless installation, but you can still replace a wired doorbell in a jiffy. With a flathead screwdriver and new doorbell switch, you're ready to go. Don't sweat turning off the power - the voltage involved in a doorbell won't send you flying across the room.

All you have to do now is take off the old switch and disconnect the wires. Set the screws someplace safe so you can reuse them. Plug in your new wires, trimming as needed. Peel back some of the insulation from the wires as well - around a half inch is about right.

Now, connect those some wires to the new switch. There is no fooling around with which end of the wire goes into which connection - any way you do it will work just fine. Now, using your screws, attach your new doorbell switch. You may have to pull the wires through first. Continue screwing the switch in until it is flat on the wall.

The next step is to test your handy work. If your doorbell doesn't ring now, something may be wrong with the machine that does the actual chiming. You can get a new chime machine from a hardware restore, and repeat the process of changing it almost exactly as you did your doorbell. On fancier chiming machines, the wire matching matters, so follow the directions carefully.

Beautiful Waterfalls On The Big Island, Hawaii

By Lena Hellsten

Like many of the islands of Hawaii, the Big Island hosts a number of marvelous waterfalls. Most of the waterfalls are located on the south east side of the island, in the area around Hilo and further south towards the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.

One of the most most visited and probably most stunning of them all is Akaka Falls. This 420 foot waterfall is found north of Hilo and to get there you do about a half mile hike, through lush rain forest.

Along the trail you also find the smaller but still remarkable Kahuna waterfall and if you have time for only one waterfall hike, this is probably the one you want to go for. It not only gives you opportunity to see two of the most gorgeous waterfalls in the whole state of Hawaii, the hike will also provide you with the experience of the diverse nature at the Big Island.

Waipi'o Valley is situated on the north side of the island and this beautiful valley offers a lot of waterfalls rushing down the hillsides along with a lush and flourishing nature.

The valley can be reached by car and it's possible to get a pretty good view from it. It's well worth the effort though to get out of the car and do a bit of hiking. There are hundreds of waterfalls here, and one of the most loved one is called Hi'ilawe. You can easily spend a day or more in this sacred valley.

Another gorgeous waterfall, located inland of Hilo is the Rainbow Falls. It's easy to get to, since you're able to drive all the way upfront to it, and it gives you a spectacular view of the water falling down about 80 feet into a large turquoise pool, almost 100 feet wide. In the area are also hiking trails for those that wants to get a closer contact with the nature and to get a different view of the falls. Best time to go here is in the morning, when the sun is rising and shining onto the lush rain forest.

North of Hilo, a bit further away than Akaka, is the World Botanical Garden. In this garden is a three level waterfall that is called Uma Uma Falls. The water pours gently into the tranquil pools and this in combination with the surroundings can give you the feeling of having arrived to paradise.

If you're visiting this remarkable island, you definitely don't want to miss out on viewing some of its amazing waterfalls. The ones here are some of the best picks and can contribute in making your Hawaii vacation a very special time.

Type I Diabetes is mostly seen in children, but it's no longer believed to be affecting just them. It's an autoimmune disease, which is caused by damaged insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas. In comparison, Type II Diabetes is a metabolic disorder, where the body is insulin resistant or deficient. Common foods recommended in a diabetic diet include fibrous, sugar-free and fat-free varieties.

While people who do not take care of their health are at an increased risk for diabetes, the disease is often hereditary. Even if you have diabetes in your family, if you eat right and exercise regularly, you can avoid its onset. Once you do have diabetes, though, you will have to be on constant medication that causes the insulin level in your body to stay within the normal range. However, the first preference doctors show is for another sort of treatment - making sure that you control your diet and eat according to a carefully thought out preparation.

You also have to make sure that you stay active - some kind of activity that you enjoy, whether it is walking, or dancing, or jogging - should be taken up and stuck to, for at least half an hour each day. You should also make sure that your diet is designed with healthy alternatives to your regular eating habits, and avoids things like sweets, high-fat foods and alcohol.

A typical diabetic diet should include fibrous carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals and plenty of water. Whole grains, wholemeal bread and oats are excellent examples for fibrous carbohydrates, while protein should be taken from lean meat, fish, legumes, nuts and seeds. Vitamins and minerals can be found in abundance in leafy green vegetables and fresh fruits. Such food items can be consumed in any amount and throughout the whole day. The 8-glass minimum for water consumption must also be followed.

Most recipes for diabetic diet plans are prepared without creams and sauces, because these are often heavily loaded with sugar and fat. Sweet and sour, teriyaki and barbecue sauces are to be avoided at all costs.

Other items that most emphatically are not foods diabetic people can eat are red meat, cheese, butter, carbonated drinks, eggs and mayonnaise. Unsaturated fats and unsweetened foods must be opted for, instead. Once you are diagnosed with diabetes, you have a responsibility to yourself and to those who care for you to stay healthy. It is essential to talk to a nutritionist or to your doctor, understand the foods you can eat, and design a diet you can follow as a long-term plan.

Home Owners Insurance: The Things You Need To Know

By Amanda Maseko

It is a sad fact of life that accidents happen and often things are stolen from your home but by starting a home insurance plan, personal possessions can be replaced after events of this nature. For people that rent, this is generally all that is required but if you own your house then a home insurance policy that covers the building as well as the contents might be a good idea.

Whilst you are searching for the ideal house insurance, it would be worthwhile spending some time going around your home making up a written inventory of all your most important possessions. Whilst you are carrying out this inventory, why not make a camcorder recording of all your rooms, paying special attention to personal and costly possessions, or use a still camera if you do not own a camcorder. This can be added to your inventory and will provide a unique record of your home and possessions. Do not forget to update this record each time something new is added so should you need to claim on your home insurance it will be accurate and up to date.

Most companies in the insurance market are able to provide home insurance quotations and schedules online so it is possible to request a number of quotes which gives you the opportunity to view the best for you. Of course the biggest benefit to the home owner is when they request a home insurance quote online, they will receive an answer within only a couple of minutes. In addition to giving you more choice, home insurance policies agreed for online are usually less expensive as the overheads are lower for the company. The insurance company you choose should have a good name as well as be competitive so it is well to be comfortable about this from the start.

The limit of protection that your home insurance covers is called the sum assured and this is the total amount that an insurance company will pay out should the contents of your home be lost, stolen or damaged. Fortunately, some companies will include the sum insured in their contents home insurance quote automatically. Some home insurance companies are more diligent and may make a physical examination of your home or specifically request an amount of cover from you and then calculate how much it will cost from the figures you supply. Having the correct insurance level is more important than just a low premium and this approach may better suit those home owners who have higher value possessions and do not want to end up with a sum assured that does not meet the needs of replacing their property.

Home insurance companies normally request details of specific items that may not be covered by their standard policy so be aware of this before committing yourself. Home workers for instance should be aware that equipment used to run that business from home is not always covered as standard. A home owner may also discover that expensive items such as electronic equipment and jewelry that are costly to replace are not automatically inserted into the home insurance policy so it may be necessary to add these items at an extra cost. However, ultimately it is your responsibility to check out which possessions are covered by the policies that you are considering before you make a final decision.

Understanding Statins and Cholesterol Medications

By Rich Benvin

In 2008 it was estimated that over 100 million American adults had a blood cholesterol level high enough to require medical advice. While Americans are getting more obese, the introduction of low risk cholesterol reducing drugs, like statins, have proven to lower cholesterol levels and fight heart disease.

There are things that can help you fight this problem. This article is designed to teach you how to do something about your cholesterol problems. First we will take a brief look at what cholesterol is and then we will show you how statin medications, prescribed by your doctor, can make you healthier. To treat high cholesterol there are many different types of statins, and we will review them for you.

Cholesterol is a waxy, fat like substance that presents itself naturally in cell walls and membranes everywhere in your body. Your body uses cholesterol to produce many hormones. Where problems arise is when there is an over abundance of cholesterol in your bloodstream.

If you aren't able to cut down your cholesterol levels using natural remedies, your doctor may decide you need medical assistance in controlling your cholesterol. It is important that you continue with healthy lifestyle treatments also. Although there are numerous types of medications to assist in lowering your cholesterol levels, we will be focusing on statins.

What are statins and how do they work? Statins repress the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase. This enzyme controls the rate that cholesterol produces itself in the body. These drugs can lower cholesterol from 20 to 60%. They slow the production while they increase the liver's ability to withdraw LDL (Low Density Lipoproteins). Statins lower the LDL levels better than any other type of drug.

Statins can also produce a modest increase of HDL (High Density Lipoproteins) while decreasing total cholesterol and triglycerides. Positive results are usually seen after just 4 to 6 weeks of beginning the medication. Overall statins are proven for lowering heart attack risks, strokes and other coronary diseases related to high cholesterol levels.

It is not advised to take statins if any of the following pertain to you: allergies to statins themselves or their ingredients; you have a history of myopathy; you have renal failure; you consistently consume inordinate amounts of alcohol; you have liver disease; or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your physician if you are unsure whether or not statin medications are right for you.

Lipitor, Crestor, Zocor, Lescol, Altocor and Mevacor are all prescription brand name statins that you might recognize. Please know of certain food and/or drug interactions that may have adverse effects. If you drink more than a quart of grapefruit juice per day it can very well decrease the liver's ability to process some statin drugs. It is critical to know that there are other medications that you might be taking that can possibly interact with the statins to cause some weighty side effects.

If you are taking prescription drugs or even OTC drugs such as: herbal supplements; medications for infections, immune system, heart failure, HIV or AIDS; birth control pills; Coumadin; or other cholesterol reducing drugs make sure to inform your doctor prior to using statins.

Although unlikely, it is possible for side effects to appear from the use of statins. If you happen to experience the following: vomiting, discolored urine, pain, muscle soreness, stomach pain, or weakness immediately stop taking the medication and contact your doctor.

Owning A Double Wide Trailer

By Big T'O

Have you ever thought about how we rank everything on a continuum?

We seem to love to compare things and then judge the worth of each thing and place it on a scale of which is best.

This usually starts with individuals opinions and then as more people agree the rankings become a general consensus.

We do this with everything from what brand of butter we prefer to which hotel we are going to stay in. We also do this with housing choices.

When most people are starting out they cannot afford to own their home. They begin with renting an apartment. For people in rural areas many time rentals will include a trailer home, or mobile home.

When people have enough money to purchase land but not enough to build a home alternatives that are looked at are double wide trailers.

The improvements that have been made on them are great.

Double wide trailers provide a great source of alternative for the person that does not have the money or the time to create a home from the ground up.

The construction of the double wide trailers has greatly improved nowadays.

In the past, double wide trailers used to look like regular trailer houses only just wider. Today it is difficult to tell them apart from stick built homes. There are many models that one can choose from.

Some of these look like ramblers, others are two stories with dormers. If you have the time in the world, you can have one custom built regarding the lay out of the rooms. In most models that are new you get to pick out the flooring, wall colors, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and trim just as you would in any other home built.

Many of the fifty-five and older communities in popular retirement areas are featuring the double wide trailer regularly as the home for the future.

They can be placed on a basement foundation or even on a slab; they can have decks attached, as well as garages built on to them.

Because of their sound construction process they tend to be quite economical to heat and cool. Many resorts and golf courses are already using them as their rental properties.

It is cheaper because several of the homes can be worked on at one time by a crew that stays in one location. This cuts down on the overall labor cost.

Due to better construction materials and labor they are a sound alternative for housing.

Alternative Cancer Treatment - What Is Expected at a Mammogram?

By Meng Y

It is true that 1 in 12 women will contract breast cancer at some venue of their life. As a person gets older their odds will begin to increase. Treatment can be both effective and simple with modern medicine. The key to having successful breast cancer treatment is vital to the early detection of breast cancer. Having a mammogram regularly is a way to ensure early detection.

A mammogram is a procedure where an x-ray photo of the breast is taken. The x-rays are looked at and examined by a radiologist who is trained to notice the subtle differences in pictures that might indicate a tumor. Distinguishing between cysts and cancerous growths is a necessary part of this process.

When having a mammogram you will be asked to partially disrobe and lie on a cold, flat surface. Be prepared to experience mild discomfort levels. As the procedure progresses the discomfort will continue.

As the technician prepares you to have the x-ray photograph they will usually place a device called a compressor over your breast. The compressor is necessary to flatten the tissue in effort to get the clearest possible x-ray photograph. The discomfort you undergo is not pleasant but the procedure typically takes no more than a few minutes and its worth it for the information that you receive.

X-ray photographs are usually taken from many different angles to give the radiologist many different views. Tumors start small and can be located deep, underneath breast tissue. The more visual information that a doctor can look at the better chance they have trying to determine whether or not cancer exists. Also, the better they are able to see the area the more confidently they are able to advise as to whether or not a tumor exists.

Some contemporary hygiene products can actually lessen the clearness with which the x-rays are viewed. Deodorant that contains aluminum oxide, sunscreen, and skin ointments might obscure the view by absorbing some of the energy emitted for x-ray. It is important to take a good shower on the day of your mammogram and not use any powders, creams, lotions, sprays, or other products.

As part of the test, physicians will sometimes perform a manual exam similar to a breast self-exam. They'll be looking for much the same thing as you would. Though they can't know your body history as intimately as you, they are skilled at detecting subtle thickening, lumps and other indicators.

In the mammogram and the exam they'll be looking for hardened cell clumps, which are often immobile and irregular in shape. Soft, mobile lumps may be nothing more than a benign, fluid-filled cyst.

When a patient wants it their insurance company is willing to cover the expense if there is a good reason for additional tests to be conducted. Other procedures can help to supplement mammogram findings. Ultrasound is now becoming more common. They are limited in their ability to help detect early cancer development but a mammogram is also.

More sophisticated tests have been developed, such as the QM-MSP (quantitative multiplex methylation-specific PCR), that can detect cancer growths as small as a clump of 50 cells with high reliability. As time progresses, such accurate tests will move into the mainstream. In the interim, a mammogram continues to be a good tool for providing peace of mind to the overwhelming majority of women.

Are foul pet odors a problem in your home?

By Bruce Hilsen

Are you frustrated by pet odor products that just don't get the job done? Are the resulting smells worse than the original problem?

There are many variations of scented products on the market. These products are air fresheners, and simply add a more pleasant scent to the air. However, what may be pleasant to one is not necessarily pleasant to another.

These air fresheners do not work as they do not go to the source of the odor. They just mask the odor by adding that pleasant scent, and do nothing to eliminate the odor on a permanent basis. Worse yet, many of these products give off harmful VOC's that can affect your health and the health of your children and pets

A different approach is an Odor Eliminator. Applied directly to the odor source, an Odor Eliminator will permanently eliminate the problem. Look for one that is itself odorless, thus solving the problem of adding another potentially offensive scent. Look for a product that will accomplish your mission, and will not harm your pet or your family. Don't just take the word of the manufacturer. Look for an EPA or governmental approval. You want something that has been tested and really works.

Look for Green products. These products do not contain harmful chemicals and will not adversely affect your health or the health of your pet. Many products make claims they can't back up. Look for government approval. That means the product has been tested and that the claims are valid.

Recent advancements in Green Cleaning products has produced some great alternatives to the toxic products we have all used for so many years. Now available are products that are not harmful to people or pets. These Green products don't use toxic chemicals, and do not give off harmful VOC's. But remember, look for that all important government certification, like an EPA approval. It seperates the great products from those that are less than effective.

A Review of Blues Guitar Jam Tracks by 50Blues

By Zack Roberts

Here is a review of the blues backing tracks from 50Blues by Guitar World editors

I've always been trying to locate great blues backing tracks for use in my studios

Finally, I have found the ones that I know will better my guitar playing tenfold. I can't believe how great the sound quality really is, I feel like I'm actually jamming with a professional blues backing band

Normally you get a bunch of ready-made MIDI tracks which are just arranged digital instrument sounds that are worse than TV game sounds from the 80s!

50Blues has an amazing deal where you get 50 blues backing tracks that are Immediately downloadable after buying them. There is also an option to purchase the 2 CDs instead

They have everything from slow blues ballads, shuffles, fast, funk, jazzy blues and much much more. Now, with a click of a play button I can practise my guitar riffs and licks over a professional band that stays in tempo and knows how to cover a lead guitarist.

Any real blues musician will tell you that practice is what makes the difference. Real hands on practice by playing with a band. Of course playing live is always the best because you can practice performing in front of people as well as playing along with the band.

But with blues backing tracks from 50Blues you are THAT MUCH CLOSER to the real deal. My lead guitar playing has already improved by at least DOUBLE since I have been playing along with these backing tracks. It makes it so much fun practicing.

If you are just starting out with blues guitar or if you are looking to improve your current soloing skills I highly recommend this product to you. I give it two thumbs up and 5 stars!

The only bad thing about it is that you can't practice in front of people like you can when playing with a real live professional band at a club or event or gig.

But hey...this is the next best thing and you might like it better being able to practice on your own before unleashing your skills to the rest of the world!

Simple Steps To Effectively Combat Global Warming

By Bruce Campbell

If you have any type of media in your home - a television, a computer, or a radio - chances are good that you have heard of global warming. Recent years has seen the topic get increased press coverage. There is no set agreement among experts about the subject, but it is easy to understand why people are worried about the topic. The potential exists that, if the predictions come true, Earth will be a frightening and unsafe place for our family members of the future.

Unfortunately, many individuals do not realize how easy, as well as how affordable it is to join in on the fight against global warming. There is entirely too much emphasis placed on vehicles and appliances that are energy efficient. If you do not have the financial means needed to make these purchases, it is ok, as there are more affordable ways that you can help.

Global warming is something you can fight by making good decisions about the usage of items in your home. Make sure to turn off your electrical appliances - such as your television or computer - when you aren't using them. Not only will future generations be grateful, so will your pocket book, as this method is a good way to save money.

For the easiest way to reduce your electrical input, simply turn off all the lights and other appliances in the home when you are not immediately using them. This method is so simple - and free - and can also wind up saving you a lot of money. Too help, try turning your heat down by lowering the thermostat setting and donning a jersey on particularly cold days. A small degree or two can greatly reduce the amount of toxins your home produces.

By getting rid of the old standard light bulbs, and replacing them with energy efficient ones, you can also help. In addition, this simple step will also be another money-saving way you can help out the environment. Many traditional light bulbs have to be replaced frequently, but energy efficient ones last for at least a year or two without needing to be replaced. Depending on where you shop, you may be able to buy these lights for around five dollars per multi-pack.

Even renters can contribute to the fight against global warming. It is simple enough to speak up to your landlord about a window that needs repaired whenever it is allowing cold air to seep into your home. Your landlord can further save money through changes in the hot water heater or the addition of an insulation blanket.

Conclusion

You can easily accomplish the ability to be environmentally friendly with your transportation without making a major investment in an energy efficient vehicle. For many, we drive because we want to but don't actually need to. Could you walk, join a carpool, or take public transportation instead? Leave the car at home at least three times a week, and you can do your part in fighting global warming.

Divorce Advice For Men - 9 Tips You Need to Know

By mark Thompson

Given a choice I suspect that all of us would like to get married and live happily ever after. Unfortunately this isn't always possible and marriages break down and end in divorce. Unfortunately for you if you are going through a divorce it is quite likely that the woman you shared your life and dreams with is now trying to get every cent she can out of you. Here are some tips that may help you avoid a bad Divorce settlement.

1. Lawyers are in business. They want to make money and the longer your divorce drags on the more money they make. It is in your best interests to find a lawyer who will try to get a settlement as quickly as possible. Ask around before hiring a lawyer and make sure you interview several before appointing one. If possible ask for references.

2. Make sure you find a good location to store all your personal and financial records. You should be the only one with access. Get yourself a new post box where you can have private mail sent to.

3. Close down all joint bank accounts and cancel credit cards held in both names. Also consider changing your personal credit cards to new ones as your wife may have kept a record of the numbers.

4. Try to keep a line of communication open with your wife. If you stop communicating a minor issue can turn into major crisis. There is always the chance that your wife may want to resolve the divorce quickly. If she can't contact you then she can't ask you.

5. Talk to your kids and let them know your divorce is not because of them and that you will never ever leave them alone. Don't allow your kids to feel the pangs of separation, no matter how unavoidable it is.

6. The easiest thing to do is to get angry and destroy correspondence from wife. STOP! This can be your greatest ally in a court of law. Keep all correspondence no matter how trivial it may seem.

7. Do not pass nasty comments about your wife either to your friends or on her face. Your friends might snitch on you, or the word will get around and then the differences will be more irreconcilable. Why create bad blood, when there isn't need for any?

8. Don't be aggressive, remain calm. If your wife is an aggressive person, avoid getting into arguments with her.

9. Use friends and family for emotional support, you are not the first person to go through a divorce. This is when you find out who your real friends are.

Divorces are not nice and they can get very nasty. Your wife will unfortunately be in the driving seat when it comes to a settlement. But with the right help and advice you can get what you want from the divorce not what she wants you to have. There are several really good guides available on the internet that will help ensure that you gee the settlement you want. Hunt them down!

Kitchen Ideas - Be Creative, Not Afraid

By Peter Mason

Some people who move into an older, classic home sometimes find themselves intimidated by the work that needs to be done to make the home more liveable or more enjoyable. In addition, some of those who invest in larger, older homes become comfortable with the atmosphere of the home, which causes them to overlook its problems and shortcomings.

Yet, most of these same people soon come to realize that a few good kitchen ideas, at least, will make living a lot easier. Sometimes it takes a family gathering or a group of friends in the home for a special occasion or a holiday for the homeowner to realize that the kitchen is too small to properly prepare food and host the guests. Perhaps the homeowner finds that the plumbing or electricity is not up to the task of hosting a party. Maybe lighting is not right for proper food preparation or comfortable visiting in the kitchen area.

This is when a thorough review of the kitchen and its shortcomings is necessary. Some homeowners may talk at length with family members or friends to come up with some renovation ideas. Others may call in a professional such as a contractor or remodelling expert who will prove to be quite informative when it comes to kitchen ideas.

The first hurdle for owners of older, classic homes to get over: fear of the age-related problems and limitations. New kitchen renovation is cost effective in homes of all ages if done properly. With the older home it is important to use the atmosphere and design features of the older home in conjunction with the new technology and design ideas available. For example, it is entirely possible to employ a new style refrigerator (stainless steel or color finish) in a traditional country kitchen with an 1800s feel. The key in every case is careful planning and selection of materials.

Of course, the first thing to do is determine the cost of the ideas, with attention to detail. No homeowner, in a new home or an older home, can be successful with a kitchen remodelling project, without solid financial status. This does not have to mean that funds are unlimited. It only means that the ideas and plans have to be well-planned and the money for those changes has to be available. This will eliminate problems later and take care of doubts about smaller details that might come up. Many of those experienced in the world of remodelling recommend putting most of the funds toward labor if possible, then toward fixtures, appliances and quality materials, rather than the fanciest or latest, most popular design. Structural changes will be the most costly factors in a remodelling project. Be prepared for that.

In an effort to touch the high points, at least, early planning should look closely at plumbing, electricity and heating. Without reliable, consistent utilities, a beautiful kitchen will be just that, beautiful but not necessarily efficient or functional. This is particularly true of older homes.

From these basic items, it would be best to closely consider the surface structures such as countertops, floors and cabinets. These parts of a good kitchen project must be usable and structurally solid. Fortunately, several companies manufacture excellent counter top material and flooring material that can make the kitchen perfectly usable without burning all the money too soon.

Coping With Panic Attacks Tips: Deep Abdominal Breathing

By Serge Taylor

One of the most common symptoms that someone having a panic attack will experience is difficult and constricted breathing. Sometimes the breath will feel totally constricted with the sufferer is unable to draw breath. And other times the breathing will become rapid to the point of hyperventilation. When you consider this, it seems appropriate that most methods of dealing with panic attacks incorporate some form of breathing technique.

The most useful breathing technique that can be used in a panic attack situation is abdominal breathing. Most people in times of stress, and this would be particularly so in the case of someone experiencing severe anxiety or a panic attack, start to breathe in a very shallow fashion and high in the chest. It is almost as if they are rapidly panting and unable to catch their breath. This is exactly what happens when the body goes into a fight or flight response.

This breathing response is only part of the problem. The real problem is that the person having the panic attack begins to focus on their breathing difficulties which leads to an increase in the anxiety and panic which causes even greater breathing restrictions and difficulties

Our nervous system obviously recognizes that breathing is essential to our survival and sends feedback that how we are breathing is not adequate for our needs. When a panic attack sufferer becomes aware of this physical and mental feedback, they literally start to panic which further amplifies the feedback in the hope that it will be heard and the breathing adjusted accordingly.

This is the vicious cycle of a panic attack.

Through regular use of deep abdominal breathing the anxiety attack sufferer can begin to develop a powerful tool to help them cope with their anxiety attack. But this is something that needs to be practised regularly if it is to be used during the extreme anxiety and stress of a full-blown panic attack.

This is just like training regularly for some sporting competition. The more you practice before the actual event the more automatic the desired responses will be come game time.

Ideally if you suffer from panic attacks you will want to practise abdominal breathing during times when your stress levels and anxiety levels are almost non-existent. By practising in these less stressful times the body is given a chance to familiarise itself with this different breathing method. And once the body becomes familiar with this particular style of breathing it should then be practised during times of moderate anxiety and stress.

Over time our confidence and ability to apply the deep abdominal breathing technique in all kinds of situations of varying levels of stress and anxiety increases. So much so that in a very short time the method can be applied during a panic attack situation.

However the real benefit of regular deep abdominal breathing is how it changes your nervous system making it less prone to stress and anxiety and thus over time preventing panic attacks from occurring in the first place.

This way of breathing is very natural and easy. Like any form of exercise please make sure to start slowly and gradually allowing yourself enough time to get familiar with the technique before increasing the length of time of your abdominal breathing sessions.

Also keep in mind that this form of breathing is normal and natural. In other words this is how we are supposed to breathe. If you want proof look at how very young children breathe and notice that they belly breathe more often than not rather than breathing with their chests.

So rather than think of this as learning something new we are simply re-familiarizing ourselves with something we already know how to do.

Wedding Transportation for the Big Day

By Tina Teesdale

Many couples are apt to put little effort into wedding transportation. The first impulse is to find a telephone directory or website to look for a limousine company then call around for a good price. Limousines are fine, but not a particularly imaginative choice. There are also some alternatives you could consider which could make a real statement.

Transport should be booked early . Once the venue and the number of people in the wedding party are decided upon, it should be the next item of business on the list. Why? Because timing is crucial and the number of people to be transported and the time it takes to get from one point to the next is a major part of a smoothly running event.

The first leg of the journey through the day starts with transporting the bridal party from the location where they get ready to the ceremony site. Traditionally the bride and attendants along with the bride's parents are brought together to the site. If the bridal party is large, multiple trips can be made provided it is arranged in advance with the transportation service. The groom and groomsmen do not usually ridetogether, instead they arrange their own transportation to the ceremony.

Once the ceremony is concluded, there are really no rules. Often the wedding couple arranges transportation of the entire wedding party to the reception site. It is also acceptable to arrange transportation for just the bride and groom or for the couple along with the best man and maid of honor. If everyone is to be transported, a decision needs to be made over whether it will be done by multiple trips or with different vehicles. Once everyone that is to be transported is accounted for, the need for transportation is generally complete.

With that logistical information figured out, you're ready to begin your search. First, double-check the wedding budget worksheet to see how much money has been allocated for transportation. Your options can get pricey. Besides limousines, you can make a grand statement by being transported in a stretch Hummer or SUV, either of which can transport large groups. Classic or vintage cars are a stylish option. Other ideas include a party bus, a horse-drawn carriage, a boat, a snowmobile, motorcycle and side car, hot air balloon, or anything really that fits in well with the overall theme of the wedding. Of course a personal vehicle is always a fine option and is the least expensive.

Once you start looking for your transport service, be sure to ask about wedding package deals which might include anything from complementary champagne to an additional ride for the couple after the event. Always review your contract carefully; recheck the pick-up times, the total costs and payment schedule, the driver's name and outfit, and the cancellation and refund policy.

Psychic Reading With Tarot Cards Can Be A Powerful Process.

By Malcolm

Using the Tarot as a tool in psychic reading, is a way to point out the strengths of the person being read. Many times the Tarot will suggest that there is a way out of a bad situation, or that a potentially good or bad situation is on the horizon and we should be prepared to handle it.

While the Tarot is about finding a balance in our lives, a psychic reader can obtain impressions about the person they are reading for by focusing on the cards and receiving information from the other side.

One tarot card which indicates worry or a concern in psychic readings is the 9 of swords. This may not indicate a threat from the outside, but an internal fear that we must conquer. It is all about the worry we carry with us about our family, jobs, crime etc.... Remember this card is about you worrying over a possible problem not about a problem you now are facing.

The 9 of swords tells us that we have the strength to overcome worry and it is something we need to do. We tend to hold closest to us the things that dominate our thoughts. If we dwell on the bad, our lives will reflect that, but if we dwell on the good, our lives will reflect that, as well.

If our lives mirror the things we constantly think about, we would be better off to dwell on the good and not the bad.

It helps to visualize on a goal to bring good things into our lives. If you are working to increase your wealth focus on the 6 Pentacles for a few minutes daily and note how things begin to turn around.

Strength is a card of courage and gaining it through love and compassion. By being accepting and loving others, we know that things are made stronger. Courage is defined differently by different individuals. It can range from racing into a burning building to rescue someone, or simply getting dressed and taking a walk when you are so depressed you just want to stay in bed.

Given the situation at hand, both choices take an equal amount of courage. Strength tells us we should do the best we can to bring a balance to our lives.

It is hoped that this brief article can assist your understanding of tarot and its uses in a psychic reading; we wish you all the best as you begin doing your own psychic reading.
